Set among the evergreens at Snowater, this two bedroom, two bathroom condo welcomes up to four guests. Spend the day exploring Mt. Baker, walking along the Nooksack River, or simply enjoying the community's heated indoor pools, hot tubs, sauna, and recreation facilities.

When it's time to slow down, return to a comfortable living space with vaulted ceilings, forest views, and a cozy fireplace.

THE LIVING SPACE

Large windows bring natural light into the vaulted living room, creating an inviting place to relax after a day outdoors.

Settle into the leather seating, enjoy a movie, or gather around the fireplace while planning tomorrow's adventures.

The open kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everyday cooking essentials. With the kitchen connected to the dining and living areas, it's easy to prepare meals while spending time together.

Step outside onto the private balcony to enjoy the surrounding evergreens and a peaceful moment with your morning coffee.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Riversong Retreat accommodates up to four guests across two sleeping spaces, with a full bathroom on each level.

Upper Level: Queen Bedroom

The upstairs bedroom features a queen bed and vaulted ceilings. One wall is open to the living area below, giving the room an airy loft style feel.

Please note that this bedroom is not fully enclosed and does not provide complete sound separation from the living room.

A full bathroom and the washer and dryer are also located on this level.

Main Level: Twin Bunk Room

The main floor bunk room features twin-over-twin beds, a Smart TV, and games.

This compact sleeping space has a sloped ceiling and no exterior window. It is particularly well suited to children or guests who prefer a cozy, tucked away bedroom.

A second full bathroom with a tub and shower is located just outside the bunk room.

SNOWATER RECREATION AND AMENITIES

One of the best parts of staying at Riversong Retreat is having access to Snowater's extensive shared recreation facilities.

WINTER AT MT. BAKER

Riversong Retreat makes a comfortable home base for Mt. Baker ski and snowboard trips.

Mt. Baker Ski Area is approximately 30 minutes away under typical driving conditions. Spend the day on the mountain, then return to the warmth of the condo and the option of an evening swim or hot tub soak.

With indoor recreation available throughout the colder months, there's plenty to enjoy even when the weather encourages a slower day.

BEYOND SKI SEASON

Spring, summer, and fall bring their own reasons to visit.

Explore nearby hiking trails, enjoy scenic drives along the Mt. Baker Highway, or take a peaceful walk beside the Nooksack River.

The surrounding forest provides a beautiful backdrop throughout the year, whether you're planning an active mountain adventure or a few quiet days away.

BRINGING YOUR DOG?

Up to two dogs are welcome for a fee of $35 per dog, per night.

Dogs must remain leashed throughout the Snowater community and are not permitted inside the shared clubhouses or recreation buildings. Cats and other animals cannot be accommodated.

GOOD TO KNOW

The condo includes in-unit DSL WiFi, typically approximately 1–5 Mbps. This is generally suitable for email and light browsing but may not reliably support video meetings, gaming, or multiple simultaneous streams.

Both Snowater clubhouses offer higher speed Starlink internet.

The condo does not have air conditioning.

Smart TVs are available, and guests can sign in using their own streaming subscriptions.

A pack and play and highchair are available upon advance request.

Snowater is a rural mountain community, so winter road conditions, wildlife, and occasional weather-related service interruptions are part of the setting.
