LIVING & GATHERING

The main living area features high ceilings, large windows, warm wood details, comfortable seating, and a smart TV.

The open kitchen is a highlight of the home, with stainless steel appliances, a generous island with bar seating, a dishwasher, cookware, dinnerware, a drip coffee maker, and a Nespresso machine.

Whether you're preparing breakfast before heading to the mountain or enjoying dinner with friends, the layout makes it easy to spend time together.

THREE KING BEDROOMS | SLEEPS SIX

All three bedrooms are located upstairs.

•Primary bedroom: King bed, ensuite bathroom, and private balcony facing the national forest.
•Second bedroom: King bed.
•Third bedroom: King bed.

The home has 2.5 bathrooms and accommodates up to six guests.

With a king bed in every bedroom, Aspire is particularly well suited to three couples, friends traveling together, or families who appreciate comfortable sleeping arrangements.

Please note that all bedrooms require stair access.

OUTDOOR LIVING

Aspire offers two distinct outdoor gathering spaces.

The front deck features a propane fireplace and patio heater, creating a comfortable place to spend time outdoors during cooler weather.

Behind the home, the private hot tub faces the surrounding forest and provides a relaxing place to unwind after a day on the mountain. The hot tub is uncovered, so guests can enjoy the open air setting in changing weather.

The primary bedroom also has its own private balcony facing the national forest.

MT. BAKER ADVENTURES

Located within gated Mt. Baker Rim, Aspire provides a convenient home base for exploring the Mt. Baker area.

Mt. Baker Ski Area is approximately 25 minutes away under normal driving conditions, while Glacier's restaurants and small local shops are approximately five minutes away.

Winter brings skiing, snowboarding, and snowy mountain scenery. During warmer months, enjoy hiking, waterfalls, forest trails, and nearby river recreation.

DOG FRIENDLY

Up to two dogs are welcome with the applicable pet fee. Dogs must remain off beds and furniture, may not be left unattended, and must follow community leash and noise rules. Cats and other pets are not permitted.

IMPORTANT WINTER & PARKING INFORMATION

Aspire has a sloped driveway that requires a four wheel drive vehicle during winter conditions. Please plan your transportation accordingly.

Parking is limited to three vehicles, and street parking is not permitted.

The home is in a quiet residential mountain community. Please respect community quiet hours and neighborhood rules. Wood burning outdoor fires and campfires are prohibited by the HOA.
